BMS – what is it?
At conferences, events and scientific meetings, we are often asked to present our work and role within BMS, our research approaches, and the wide range of results and scientific outputs produced by the project.
Our new English-language brochure, “Surveying South Tyrol’s Biodiversity”, is designed to make this easier. It introduces the long-term research project and its objectives, briefly explains the methods used, and provides information on special projects, data requests and data use, as well as communication and outreach activities.
It also presents each research team and its specific areas of focus and includes a selection of scientific publications. Throughout the brochure, numerous links provide direct access to contacts and freely available resources, such as the handbook and the five-year report.
